      1. Getting leadership to write a policy is easy. Getting them to say it aloud like a 3rd grader at company meetings and at QMRs and at special “quality day” celebrations is a piece of cake.

        It is getting them to actual live up to it when the decisions are hard and money is on the line that is hard. I find then its a bit of fear and good old fashioned barn storming. Because if there is one thing the managerial class has not absorbed it is Deming’s lessons.
