About

The mission of my blog is to encourage a thoughtful life as a quality professional. I want to ask and explore questions related to building a quality culture and utilizing system thinking to spark a dialogue with my peers. I aim to become a leader in quality both internal to my own company and externally to the wider profession.

I am a quality professional with over 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry located in Boston, MA. I am currently employed at Just Evotec Biologics as the Senior Director of Quality Engineering and Validation. All opinions are my own and do not represent the views of my employer.

I am a past chair of the Team and Workplace Excellence Forum of the ASQ. I hold the Certified Manager of Quality/Operational Excellence (CMQ/OE) and the Pharmaceutical GMP Professional Certification (CPGP) certifications from the ASQ.

I am passionate about topics related to change management, knowledge management, risk management, quality culture, data integrity and the future of quality.

I started this blog as a way to think aloud and discuss and share on my interests. I’m interested in hearing your thoughts, comments, feedback and questions.
